One can become a web designer with any Graduate degree, but it is preferable to have a degree in computer science or Design. The key skills required to be a web designer are knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
One can also learn these skills by taking online courses, which vary in terms of duration and cost.
A web designer may be hired directly by a company, by an IT consultancy or by web design agencies.
