Computer Operator managed and maintains the computer systems at an organization. A computer operator needs to be comfortable with managing the software and hardware needs in the organization, understand issues and quickly resolve them.

Communication ability

A computer operator will need to have good communication skills, since they will constantly be interacting with people within the organization as well as with vendors outside the organization.

The average salary is Rs. 12,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on the education qualification and/ or experience.

One can become a computer operator with any Graduate degree, but it is preferable to have a degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
It is also one of those fields where experience is important experience in dealing with computers hardware, knowledge of software, good MS Excel skills, and a desire to interact with people are what most recruiters look for while recruiting for a Computer Operator.
