Recycling Coordinator

A Recycling Coordinator is responsible for managing recycling process such as collecting, sorting, documenting and transporting recyclable products. They are also involved in communicating with clients to assess their recycling needs and make arrangement to pick up recycling products from them. As Recycling Coordinator, one should train staff to handle recycling products. Sometimes, a Recycling Coordinator is also involved in educating consumers on the environmental advantages of recycling. They identify new opportunities for materials to be collected or recycled. As a Recycling Coordinator, one may need to inspect facilities to ensure compliance.
