A sales representative is responsible for boosting company revenue by acquiring more customers. You should have excellent communication skills to get into this profession. You will understand the customer and their requirements. Based on understanding, you have to explain about a products different features and answer any question they might have.
Not every customer is going to buy easily, and you may have to follow up with them multiple times. Maintaining your relationships, and following up regularly without losing patience will be key to success in this job role.
